Restaurant Operating System · Built for Nigeria & Africa

Run your restaurant from one clear, connected workspace.

Bukka connects your menu, orders, kitchen, payments, inventory, reservations, staff, and reports — so your team serves guests with less confusion, and you run the business with better visibility.

  • Cash & bank-transfer friendly
  • Role-based workspaces
  • Multi-outlet ready

The problem

The hidden cost of disconnected service.

Most restaurants run on handoffs — a guest request becomes waiter memory, a paper ticket, a verbal update, a transfer screenshot, a stock guess. Somewhere along the way, context gets lost.

01

Orders lose their context

Delayed or misunderstood orders between floor and kitchen. Guest requests are easy to forget during a busy service.

02

Nobody shares one live view

Staff repeatedly ask for table, order, and kitchen updates. Delayed tickets are noticed only after a guest complains.

03

Menu and stock drift apart

You sell an item after its ingredients run out, then update stock separately from the orders that consumed it.

04

Revenue without margin

You know what you sold, but not what it cost. Dishes that sell well can quietly under-protect your margin.

05

Payments live in chat

Transfers confirmed through messages and screenshots, separated from the order they belong to.

06

The business runs on memory

Operations depend on key employees remembering context — and continuity breaks when shifts change or people leave.

Bukka replaces those fragmented handoffs with one connected operational flow — one system from menu to meal, and from stock to sales.

How it works

One order. Every role in sync.

Watch a single order carry its context — table, payment, notes — through your entire restaurant, without a single verbal handoff.

  1. 01

    Guest browses & orders

From your branded digital menu — by QR at the table, pickup, or delivery.

  2. 02

    Payment is reviewed

Cash, or a transfer the customer marks paid and your cashier confirms.

  3. 03

    Kitchen fires the ticket

A structured KOT lands instantly — items, notes, table, and age on screen.

  4. 04

    Waiter serves from one view

Ready pickups, table states, and guest requests live in one workspace.

  5. 05

    Stock adjusts itself

Recipes reserve and deduct ingredients as the order moves — reversed on cancel.

  6. 06

    Owner sees the full picture

What sold, how it was paid, who handled it, and what it cost.

Menu & ordering

Your menu becomes a live ordering channel.

A branded public menu for every outlet — searchable, filterable by diet and allergens, with table-aware QR ordering, pickup, and delivery when you enable them. Pause an item the moment the kitchen can’t make it, and guests stop ordering it.

  • Item photos, ingredients, allergens, dietary tags & pairings
  • Live availability — pause or mark items unavailable instantly
  • Cart with order notes, delivery fees & minimum-order rules
  • Active order restored after a refresh or return visit

AI recommendations

An AI waiter that only serves what you actually cook.

Guests describe a craving, mood, or dietary preference. Bukka recommends from your live, eligible menu items — then matches every suggestion back to your authoritative item data. No made-up dishes, no unavailable picks, no waiting for a waiter to ask “what’s good today?”

  • Recommendations limited to items on your actual menu
  • Unavailable items are never suggested
  • A direct path from recommendation to order

Floor & kitchen

The floor and the kitchen, finally on the same page.

A live floor view of every table’s state, and a kitchen display with structured tickets, age indicators, and clear next actions. Fewer shout-across-the-room status checks — more service.

Cash and manual bank transfer, confirmed by your cashier — never through a screenshot chain. The kitchen always knows whether a payment-dependent order should proceed.

Stock that follows your sales

Recipes tie dishes to ingredients. Stock reserves and deducts as orders move, waste and corrections are recorded, and dish profitability sits beside every sale.

Reservations that join service

A branded public booking form feeds a manager board — pending to seated to completed — with guest notes attached, and seated bookings linked to their table session.

Why Bukka is different

Not another QR menu. An operating system.

It connects the operating flow

Many tools stop at a QR menu, an order list, or a sales report. Bukka connects the guest menu to the floor, payment, kitchen, inventory, and the owner’s view.

AI grounded in the live menu

Recommendations come from eligible dishes on your actual menu and are matched back to your local item data — never invented, never unavailable.

Sales with food-cost context

Menu items connect to recipes and ingredients, so readiness and profitability are examined alongside sales — not in a separate spreadsheet.

Payment state meets fulfillment

The order carries its payment method and confirmation state as it moves to the kitchen. No ambiguity around payment-dependent orders.

Inventory tied to the order lifecycle

Reservation, deduction, and reversal on cancel are part of the order’s journey — not a later manual reconciliation.

A standalone system you own

Your menus, orders, inventory, payments, staff, and reports live in Bukka’s own database — under your brand, per outlet, as you grow.

Questions

Asked by owners like you.

Honest answers about how Bukka fits the way your restaurant already runs.

My team already uses paper and WhatsApp.

Those tools can pass messages, but they don’t maintain one reliable table, order, payment, kitchen, and stock state. Bukka keeps the context connected throughout service — so nothing depends on someone remembering it.

We already have a QR menu.

A QR menu shows food. Bukka connects the menu to ordering, payment, kitchen preparation, availability, inventory, reservations, and reporting.

This may be too complicated for my staff.

Bukka separates work by role. Waiters and kitchen staff get focused workspaces with only what their job needs, while owners and managers keep the broader view.

Can it fit how we collect payment?

Bukka currently supports cash and manual bank transfer — including transfers a customer marks as paid, which your authorized staff then confirm. Card and wallet processing are not yet supported.

Will the AI suggest food we don’t sell?

No. Bukka supplies the AI with eligible items from your current menu, then matches the response back to your authoritative item data before a guest ever sees it.

Can it work for more than one outlet?

Yes. Bukka’s business, staff-access, settings, and data model support outlet-scoped operations and multi-outlet membership — with per-outlet branding, currency, and service settings.

Will every staff member see all business information?

No. Owner, manager, waiter, cashier, and kitchen roles each get role-appropriate navigation and workspaces, enforced by server-side permission checks.

Is Bukka a POS system?

A POS (point of sale) terminal mainly records sales at checkout. Bukka goes further: it connects the menu, ordering, kitchen, payments, inventory, reservations, staff and reports into one operating system — so checkout is just one step in a connected flow.

Does Bukka work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Bukka runs in the browser, so waiters, kitchen staff, cashiers and managers can use it on phones, tablets and laptops without installing anything.
